disagree  Eva Blanar: Mivel Rt.-ről van szó, én mindenképp az Articles of Association, vagy (USA-szóhasználat szerint) Articles of Incorporation használatát javasolnám. A társasági szerződés szerintem "shareholders' agreement", ez nem is nyilvános, de az alapitó okirat igen.
