It's a very uncommon, but interesting greeting. He/she greets somebody, who has a pretty/nice mouth. :)

Szia = hello, hi
szép = pretty, nice
szájú = mouthed
száj = mouth

You can say pretty-lipped, too. But the question was mouth and not lips.

This was very good. My boyfriend is from Hungary so this is more than likely correct. He was using hungarian slanged terms.
