Apa sih bahasa Inggrisnya saham telah ditempatkan? kalimat lengkapnya begini:

"bahwa seluruh pemegang saham perseroan, yaitu sebanyak 50.000 saham yang telah ditempatkan oleh perseroan hingga saat ini".

Pertanyaan lainnya ini kalimatnya agak ngaco ya? subjectnya pemegang saham, tapi setelah yaitu yang dijelaskan sahamnya bukan pemegang sahamnya. Apa saya saja yang nangkapnya salah?

Di dalam anggaran dasar perusahaan, saham ditempatkan biasanya dikaitkan dengan jumlah modal ditempatkan atau issued capital. Karena korelasi tersebut, maka saham ditempatkan disebut Issued Shares. Di MoneyGlossary.com dikenal juga istilah issued share capital, yaitu jumlah saham yang telah ditempatkan.

Di finance-glossary.com disebutkan bahwa "issued share capital" adalah "The amount of authorised share capital that shareholders have actually subscribed to a company for share ownership." Jadi saham ditempatkan adalah jumlah saham yang benar2 sudah dimiliki oleh pemegang saham perseroan.

Allotted shares are literally those shares that the permanent board of directors has decided to issue over and above those initially issued by the company registration agent. They are referred to as allotted because they are being issued for the first time and therefore are not being transferred from one party to another.
