loss / destruction of the goods /property Explanation: I respectfully disagree with the previous answer which confuses "perimetro" (boundary) with "perimento" (loss). In your lease the word is probably used in the context of the loss or destruction of the leased goods/ property /premises giving rise to some legal effects, for example, the termination of the lease. |
