Hi folks,
I have a list of types of voting that can be adopted in a shareholders' meeting:
"voto di lista", "voto ridotto", "voto limitato ad un solo candidato", "voto cumulativo"
I can't find anything relevent in my references, so I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this, or has access to a copy of De Franchis, wot I sadly lack.

This is perhaps the most obvious answer but it seems to work.
