In cases where such indications exist, and provided the customer in question is a regular customer (customer who has a regular business relationship with the credit institution), the institution must check in accordance with number 24 of these guidelines whether the requirements for filing a report of suspicion according to sec. 11 Money Laundering Act (§ 11 Geldwäschegesetz) are fulfilled.
