about consumer credit and financing
cassandra
English translation:Risk maangement for clients and Associates
Explanation:
Associates would be a correct term, and if you say " contractual partners" which is quite a literal translation. But again who know for sure that they are contractual partners. So the word associates would embrace everybody.

risk management for customers and contractual partners

Explanation:
Here, "convenzionati" most likely refers to the parties who have signed a "convenzione," and who therefore are bound by the agreement.

For the record,

Explanation:
allow me to point out that the answer to the question " who know for sure that they are contractual partners" is contained in the word "convenzionati." Further, whereas parties who have signed a contract can certainly be referred to as "associates," not all associates have necessarily signed a contract (and risk management is not an activity that any company is likely to engage in with regard to other companies that are not bound by a formal agreement). Therefore, in this case, the looser translation ("associates") runs the risk of sacrificing a certain degree of accuracy. So there.
