Italian term or phrase: intervento
The word "intervento" is used at the bottom of the certificate under a heading "Annotazioni Integrative". It is preceded by "COD"., which I am supposing means "codice".
So, the "intervento"" has an official number, but what does it actually refer to? The program itself, or the student ID? I can't see what a word like this would match up to in the context of this sort of categorisation.

Thanks in advance for shedding some light.

participation

Explanation:
just to provide an alternative

"intervenire" may also refer to "to participate/to attend" (but not in the sence of "attendance", meaning how often a sudent showed up )

Whatever is more sutable for your context...

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hello Michael, Thanks for your suggestion. I did think of "participation", but I felt that fbbest's contextualisation in the expression "intervento formativo" made "program" the most convincing interpretation
