I presume this refers to protective brick covering around things like electrical installations? What is an apt and pithy way of saying that in English?

essential services structural building works

Impianti di... covers your essential services Installations- water, electricity, boilers, air conditioning etc. Masons have to be build these walls with these specifications in mind.
Keep in mind that essential services can be called something else eg America- Utilities
