Hello everyone
I am getting towards the end of a valuation project which is not really my area and I find the following section entitled "Intonaci":

I prezzi degli intonaci dovranno essere applicati alla superficie effettivamente intonacata, procedendo quindi alla detrazione delle aperture per porte e finestre superiori a 4 m², senza tener conto delle superfici laterali di risalti, lesene, cornici, parapetti, architravi ecc.; tali superfici laterali, sia piane che curve, dovranno essere valutate quando la loro larghezza supera i 5 cm. The first sentence is fine as is the first part of the second and then I get lost from the asterisks onwards. Would anyone be willing to explain/translate?
In other questions I would like to focus on exactly what "riquadrature", "sviluppate", "zone mancanti" refer to. I understand all of the words, but not the way they are put together!
