It's a concept which doesn't really exist in the UK. Equal opportunities guidelines don't impose strict quotas, only guidelines.

agree  Alfredo Tutino: "Social cooperatives" is not readily understood by those unfamiliar with the Italian situation (see my comment on gg answer). It's used on the web, but only by Italian sites, it seems It may be necessary to add a short, explicative phrase
