tracer failure

Tracer is a device - especially for automating machines like lathes - that follows the movements of a a human operator or another machine and copies the movements to a CNC (computed numerically controlled) program.

This way, a computer/robotics systems can perform the work exactly the same way without the human operator.

It appears inseguitore rotto is a computer command line saying there was a failure receiving or transmitting signals to the tracer device.

[Because this is a computer automated system in the translation - it's not the same as a 'tracer lathe' - which is a mechanical lathe that copies movements directly from one lathe to another (i.e. without computers).]
