I'm prettu sure here that a "collettore" is a sewer.
I also know that "vasca" is generally a "trap" and I'm presuming the "pozzo" is a "pozzo nero", but I might prefer "septic tank".
The latter is a suggestion as there isn't enough context to go on.

For what it's worth borehole is definietly to FIND water/oil erc not to dispose of it!
