National League of Co-operatives and Mutual Associations
Explanation:
There seems to be no consensus on how this name should be translated (try searching in Google for the name in quotes with the language set to English). It rather depends on how you want to translate "mutue" elsewhere in the document. I've given one possibility, but you definitely want to start with "National League of ..." rather than e.g. "National ... League"

-> Thanks for your agreement. However, I can't see what's wrong with "league", and would suggest that it's best to stick relatively close to the original in a case like this. Cf. Minister of the Interior rather than Home Secretary (equivalent in UK).
