This is a bank's key operating procedures manual for accepting pledges. Under the section for savings book and certificate of deposit pledges, the following bullet points are found under the heading "allegati", which are the enclosures required for registering the pledge:

- Copia libretto o cd
- Stampa carico dossier a garanzia con indicazione quantità pari a importo
- Stampa blocco LR (blocco tipo 04 )
- Autorizzazioni (e-mail o simile) per verifica diciture non standard
- Se non emissioni Deutsche Bank: Comunicazione ad altro istituto del pegno di libretti o certificati di deposito e relativa Lettera di presa d’atto ricevuta

What does "blocco LR" refer to in this sense. Are we talking about a Liberty Reserve account? Does "blocco" refer to a freeze on the account?
