Italian term

pulita

Italian to English Other Food & Drink coffee
How would you translate the word *pulita*? Here we are not speaking of clean as in cleanliness but rather a clear-cut flavor. Is clean applicable in this case?
Con questa definizione si identifica una tazza che sia pulita, più o meno aromatica, senza difetti, con una corposità medio-piena e con un fondo dolce.

Thank you Sarah
agree Oliver Lawrence : I'd probably plump for "with a clean flavour". Coffee websites certainly use "clean", as you say.

As it is used for drinks without anything added to them, perhaps it may give exactly the same idea for the taste of this cup of coffee, I imagine they are talking about coffee, aren't they?
