As for antipasto di mare I don't think I have any problems, suggestions are welcome anyway.

Antipasto di terra is more puzzling as it does not include meat only but also cheese, vegetables and anything else except seafood.

Even though Earthfood doesn't seem to be standard English, I think it reflects the spirit of the menu. My outsourcer is an Englishman, if he doesn't like it, he'll remove it as he did with my "Americanisms" before. :-) Thank you!

I would do something like this, if the client is ok with you changing the format slightly.

- insalata...
- zuppa...
From the land
- minestra...
- misto di...

You see this on some Brit menus. I think it's the most natural looking solution for your situation.

I would leave antipasti in Italian.

Explanation:
It would be a real shame to destroy the poetry of the Italian by trying to translate it. Even if people had no idea what the two phrases meant (which is unlikely - I would have thought most reasonably educated people would have an idea of what "di mare" and "di terra"mean), each heading has four dishes underneath to explain what it means. And they could always ask the waiter.

This is a had one indeed, but since your menu contains 'fonduta alla grappa' and 'Culatello di zibello' this seems to be regional northern Italian recipes, so maybe 'local appetizers' could work for your context.

Usually restaurants put the English translation under the Italian version so you get the antipasto on top and if people don't know what an "antipasto" is they can look at the English translation below.

Believe it or not but not everyone knows what "antipasto" "tagliatelli" "parmigiano reggiano" etc. is and maybe they feel stupid to ask so I think it is a good idea to spell it out as best you can in English.
