Italian term or phrase: Il fatto meccanico

I am unsure if "fatto" here is referring to the idea of a "product" or simply describing the "mechanical fact" of the great "suitability" and "perfection" for its capacity to shoot this bird, that has been described in the previous paragraph.

"Il fatto meccanico è il classico super-affidabile [NAME] svincolo inerziale con testa rotante, lo smorzamento del rinculo del sistema e la rilevazione è la progressiva Comfort nascosto all'interno dell'elegante pala di calcio in completa armonia con le linee filanti ed eleganti del fucile."
