So where are you suggesting that "objectively" should go? that is not clear. I have now put:

"Looking objectively at the way the communist party carries out its work, proves that the Party believes theirs to be the only possible and good type of government in the world. "

or maybe
"... carries out its work, would prove that..."

I actually think that "would prove" sounds a lot better, as surely this is a more hypothetical statement than simply "it proves".

I agree with Shabelula and Josephine, but *obiettivamente" sounds pretty out of place in this sentence. Oggettivamente / effettivamente, together with a comma after comporta, would make more sense.

I agree with Shabelula. Obiettivamente is what the speaker thinks of CCP's behaviour and I think her translation is correct except for 'would'-I would put'proves or states'. I suppose 'obiettivamente' refers to something that went on before

I would translate it literally

in medicine, we have an "esame obiettivo", too
