Italian term or phrase: responsabilita che ne competono
I get the gist but cannot round the sentence off: "..the Promoter..shall bear all risks and liabilities/responsabilities that are" within his ????

Inoltre, il Promotore come da offerta commerciale allegata al presente contratto (vedi allegato A), si assume tutti i rischi e responsabilita che ne competono.

responsibilities
Explanation:
The Italian is effectively saying "responsibilities that are its responsibility", which obviously doesn't work in English. So I'd say something like "will assume the risks and responsibilities specified in the offer attached to this contract."

Notes to answerer
Asker: I get it, thanks.

Asker: In this case does the Licensee get referred to as "his" or "its"? Or is that another Kudoz question?
