English translation:Prize's official Facebook Page
Explanation:
Hard to be sure without any more context, but it sounds to me like it is talking about the number of 'likes' to the official Prize facebook page.

Something like "An increase in the number of 'likes', the level of participation and the number of questions posted on the Prize's official Facebook page."

https://www.facebook.com/pages/La-Giara-2011/246469925383481 I assume is the page in question - you can't be it's 'friend', wither you 'like' it or you don't. Given the context, I agree 'domande' shouldn't be 'questions' - maybe simply "increase the number of 'likes' and the level of participation on the Prize's Official Facebook page"?

-> Depends whether the page is set up as a 'page', group or a person. My 'page' currently has a paltry 29 'likes'...

agree  philgoddard: As you say, difficult without proper context.
