Bus/Financial - Investment / Securities / Board of directors meeting
Italian term or phrase: verbale separato
I am translating the minutes of a meeting of the board of directors of an Italian Company. The heading reads:
"SOCIETA S.p.A.
Consiglio di Amministrazione
Riunione del 3 febbraio 2011
*Verbale separato*"
The minutes are drafted in the usual manner. However, part of the meeting is held in the absence of two of the directors and with an "agenda separata".
Has anyone ever come across this type of minutes? Is there a special expression for it or it?

All suggestions are welcome.
