can i just put "integrated proxy servers" here? or is it "a system integrated on proxy servers" or "an integrated system on proxy servers"?

I would say no. Proxy servers do give some protection by themselves, but the italian seems to clearly say that this is an additional system which has been integrated into the proxy servers. I wouldn't know what an "integrated proxy server was". Proxy servers can be used to do a lot of things and are an obvious place to put firewalls and antivirus software.
