European Installation Bus Explanation: Yes, I am almost certain it has to do with the European Installation Bus. Take a look at this link: http://www.systemes-didactiques.fr/fiches/EIBMerten-GB.pdf "The EIB contains a double-wire bus line and the connect-able bus devices, such as sensors, actuators and system components.
