My document is all about a new e-money platform and is an agreement between the organisation for which the platform has been created and the company that will install and maintain it.

So far I have been translating this term as "Small Evolutionary and Adjustment Maintenance", but I'm not very happy with it.

Per Manutenzione Evolutiva di modesta entità (PMEA) si intendono interventi di modesta entità (inferiori, come effort, ai 30 giorni/uomo) che non modificano strutturalmente l'applicazione in esercizio, ma adattano le funzioni utilizzate alle nuove esigenze del cliente interno.
