The company becomes once again « in bonis » (i.e it is no longer subject to bankruptcy proceedings and is able to dispose freely of its assets).The company regains its power to undertake any activities except with regard to any undertakings agreed to in the framework of the continuation plan and any legal obligation, including the non-transferability of certain assets.
