Italian to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
In a contract in which one company is being leased to another, they are talking about everything that will pass under control of the Tenant, and they use this expression. My intuition suggests something along the lines of "as best as can be determined..", but I'm just not sure. Thank you for any help. Here is the text:

“Cespiti”: per Cespiti si intendono tutti i beni mobili, le attrezzature, gli arredi, gli impianti e gli automezzi, destinati dalla Concedente al servizio della Azienda elencati nell’Allegato []; il tutto come meglio in fatto alla data di stipulazione del presente contratto di affitto di azienda;

“Giacenze”: tutti i materiali in giacenza presso i magazzini della Concedente, come da inventario redatto tra le parti in contraddittorio prima della sottoscrizione del presente contratto e come meglio in fatto, alla data di stipulazione del presente contratto di affitto d’azienda;
