Context: Viene escluso ogni diritto del Cliente a un risarcimento danni o indennizzo, ***nonché qualsiasi responsabilità*** contrattuale o extracontrattuale per danni diretti o indiretti a persone e/o cose, provocati dalla mancata accettazione o evasione, anche parziale, di un ordine.
Could somebody explain this at the "for dummies" level? I understand that the customer is not entitled to damages or the event of non-acceptance when the order is delivered (?) It's the part in between that confuses me. Are they imagining, for example, that the delivery person breaks a leg while carrying the package to the customer? Hmmm...
