Is there an English equivalent of the above expression? It figures at the end of a sales agreement. I guess that it is a fix formula at the end of such a contract.
The context is as follows:
"Quanto in oggetto è promesso in vendita con tutte le inerenti ragioni, azioni, pertinenze, accessori, servitù attive e passive quali competono alla parte promittente venditrice in forza dei titoli di proprietà e di possesso."
