Si tratta di uno statuto di una società di navigazione

Context: "La società potrà svolgere tutte le altre attività commerciali, industriali, finanziarie, mobiliari ed immobiliari che
saranno ritenute dall'organo amministrativo strumentale, accessorie, connesse, necessarie o utili per la realizzazione delle attività che costituiscono l'oggetto sociale".


In un post precedente ho trovato organo amministrativo come "governing body" ma non so se è adatto a questo contesto e quando è seguito da strumentale.

I would normally say Board of Directors, but perhaps these Articles do not specify that there has to be a Board, hence the more general term.
