Ufficio Provvedimenti Speciali

Law/Patents - Law (general)
Italian term or phrase: Ufficio Provvedimenti Speciali
I have a document, and the letterhead says "Ufficio Provvedimenti Speciali", under the "Tribunale Civile di Roma" heading. However, when I go to the court's website (http://www.tribunale.roma.giustizia.it) I can't find any such office, and I can't really figure out what it deals with specifically.

Would it just be a "Special Provisions Office"? That doesn't seem right to me.

Thanks!

Special / Class Action & 'Sui Generis'/ Orders Office

Explanation:
I'd avoid the term of injunction, mandatory or prohibitive 1. because 'di natura particolarmente complessa' doesn't suggest a 'quick fix' and 2. restraining injunctions especially 'gagging orders' even in the case of revenge porn - I am told - don't go down well in a country with the First 'Free Speech' Amendment to the US Constitution.

sui generis - Latin for in class of its own.

neutral  philgoddard: I don't see how you arrive at your answer. Your second Italian reference is about legislation, nothing to do with litigation. And your US reference seems to have nothing to do with anything.
