Art/Literary - Marketing / Market Research / Advertising inventory billing
Italian term or phrase: caso di “titoli limitati”
This is a description of the artist and director's billing and name crediting terms. This section is specifying the billing of the film's director (how his name is displayed, where it rolls in the credits etc), both in the opening credits and in the associated advertising inventory. Under the advertising posters/photobusta etc, this continues as.....

"...fermo restando che la forma del carattere sarà da noi discrezionalmente caso di “titoli limitati”, noi potremo non citare il Suo nome, oppure citarlo con grandezza diversa da quella sopra detta, ............"

I am assuming that this should be "...sarà da noi discrezionalmente. Nel caso di “titoli limitati”, noi potremo..." and that there is an error.

Explanation:
This refers to situations where not all credits are listed (such as posters, or trailers). Full credits appear in the actual film (opening credits or end credits).

See the link below and search for "titoli limitati".
All decisions regarding the size and font of these credits are at the discretion of the producer of course.
