articulated cam
Explanation:
The adjective really depends on the function of "snodata"

- articulated: generic but descriptive. My first choice.

- retractable: more specific, but clearly mono-functional; it all depends on the design and intended function of your product.

- telescopic: specific and clearly mono-functional; again, it all depends on the design and intended function of your product.

- adjustable: generic and non-descriptive; I would avoid this unless you can describe how it could be adjusted or if it self adjusts...

- flexible: even more generic than adjustable....and far from applicable.

disagree  Leonid Gornik: You are right, but not in this particular case. I cannot imagine an "articulate cam". It is most likely a "flexible cam" , which is made of a flexible (or elastic) material to comensate for vibrations and/or inaccuracies.

-> what you say makes a lot of sense, but, I am still puzzled why they chose "snodata" ....instead of "flessibile" ....
