Italian to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Mechanics / Mech Engineering / Doors/windows
Italian term or phrase: a baffo
In a catalogue of accessories for doors and windows:

Guarnizione vetro esterna in EPDM da 2,5mm
A baffo per siliconare.
Garantisce maggiore ermeticità.

From the illustration it has what I would call a serrated edge. Is this the meaning? The only thing is that I don't think it is sharp, as the "points" are rounded, rather than pointed.
