Patient hospital report
Hi,
I'm a bit confused about this sentence in a patient report. The patient had chest pains, was offered treatment but discharged himself instead of accepting the treatment but then after that:
"TORNA POICHE’ IERI HA ACCUSATO TORACOALGIA E QS NOTTE DISPNEA." (not shouting, just copying and pasting the source text!)
I'm not sure what QS is and I'm unclear whether "notte" refers to the QS or the dispnoea.
Can someone clarify? Thanks!

I'm not very sure, but it sounds like an abbreviations for "questa notte"
...at least it makes sense :)
