Italian term or phrase: ipertensivante
Hello,

Not too sure how to translate this. I thought hypertension but that is ipertensione and hypertensive is ipertesi. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.

hypertensive agent

Explanation:
This would also comprise "fattore": "behaves as a true and genuine hypertensive agent" merely because "hypertensivising" meaning to increase hypertension doesn't exist in English.

neutral  SJLD: interestingly, a lot of the ghits are typos for "antihypertensive agents" (IOW drugs to treat hypertension) / you need more scuba holidays then ;-) / you bet - I'm in withdrawal :-(((

-> Can't filter out the typos and of course drug companies sell the anti agents so they get all the advertising. I posted not as an expert in the field, but as sufferer in the field.// Right :)) just what the doctor ordered.
