Visto l'art. 5, comma 1, del decreto-legge 1° ottobre 2007, n. 159, convertito in legge il 29 novembre 2007, n. 222 che dispone che a decorrere dall'anno 2008, l'onere a carico del Servizio sanitario nazionale per l'assistenza farmaceutica territoriale, comprensiva sia della spesa dei farmaci erogati sulla base della disciplina convenzionale, al lordo delle quote di partecipazione alla spesa a carico degli assistiti, sia della distribuzione diretta di medicinali collocati in classe A ai fini della rimborsabilita', inclusa la distribuzione per conto e la distribuzione in dimissione ospedaliera, non puo' superare a livello nazionale ed in ogni singola regione il tetto del 14% del finanziamento cui concorre ordinariamente lo Stato, inclusi gli obiettivi di piano e le risorse vincolate di spettanza regionale e al netto delle somme erogate per il finanziamento di attivita' non rendicontate dalle aziende sanitarie;

I think you may avoid *domestic* which it is understood from the whole context but not *sanitary* 'cause even in Italian "obiettivi di piano" doesn't mean nothing to a final user who's not involved in the specific field. IMHO. Have a nice translation. Grace
