date received
Explanation:
You can't separate "ricevimento" from "data" in this case; the words have to be translated together.

I just means the date on which the pathology lab received the tissue sample.

Angela: if talking about the date the patient was "received" (that's "accettato" in Italian, right?) ... in English we say "date admitted" ... it is never "date received" for a patient. However, I think it makes more sense in this case to think this refers to the pathology sample sent to the laboratory. I have seen dozens of laboratory reports like this which talk about the tissue sample, not the patient.

neutral  Joseph Tein: Ciao dandamesh. Your example refers to "acceptance criteria" ... this is a different concept from when the sample is received by the laboratory ... when the lab first comes in contact with it.

The confirmed visit

Explanation:
Quando si riferisce all'orario o alla data della visita del malato per un centro medico o una clinica privata, li si deve fissare una data che viene comunicata al malato per essere presente in tale data definitiva.
