I have to translate this term in a clinical case. The case is regarding a cancer patient with a TIS - totally implantable system.

And also:
Al momento del ricovero nel nostro dipartimento veniva eseguito un esame Rx del torace, che non evidenziava migrazione del catetere; esso appariva in sede e perfettamente connesso con la camera, la quale era nella posizione abituale (non capovolta).
Can I actually translate this "system chamber" or is there a different term like "compartment", etc.??
