Glycaemia

I found a different spelling.
"Digiuno," I know the doctor always says not to eat after midnight the night before a test or procedure (don't know if it's actually 12 hours). You may also think about using "blood sugar test" along with the Glycaemia just for clarification. (depends on how technical the text is). Just thought I'd give my 2 cents.

glicemia a digiuno/glycemia during fast

In medicine to find the blank parameter of patients with Diabetes the blood analysis is taken when the subject does not contain any food(sugar) in the stomach. That's the reason of that metabolism term "Glycemia during fast".
