Italian term or phrase: IV di copertina
From a document that describes page by page the contents of a publication. There are also I, II and III copertina. The descriptions of their contents are, eg, "interno colorato a contrasto" (whatever that means), and "Vuota". I'm guessing they refer to the first and last few pages/ inside cover, but I don't know how to describe them.

Any help much appreciated, thank you.
