Hello, I am translating a Certificate of Occupancy from Italian into English. I cannot understand what the "R.A.S. n." is. Here you have the full sentence:

"VISTA la Perizia Giurata redatta dall'Ing. XXX con verbale di giuramento reso nell'Ufficio del Giudice di Pace di XXX in data XX/XX/XXX, *R.A.S. n. XXX/2014"

I even tried to call that office but unfortunately none seems to be there. Thank you!
