"Perché se io, soltanto da un'immagine che mi passa il computer riesco a sapere tu quanti figli hai avuto o hai, per quali tipo di malattie puoi essere portato, eccetera, io comincio a scartare tutti quanti e queste cose esistono, ne succedono di tutti i colori, ne ho lette di tutti i tipi."

I think I've been staring at it for too long, but I can't figure out how the above phrase fits in, particularly "e cose esistono".
