non riesco a trovare una giusta soluzione per tradurre "animatore di comunità".

Come vedete non si tratta di animare in senso puramente ludico.

Avrei pensato a facilitator o counsellor.
Sarà la stanchezza ma non riesco a trovare una figura professionale corrispondente nel mondo anglosassone.

Non c'è contesto, poiché si tratta di un cv e di varie esperienze che la persona in questione ha fatto in case di riposo per anziani e strutture per minori.
