Explanation:
Sezionatore di linea is an electrical term and it's an "isolator" or "isolating switch".
I find no trace of a "disco a otto".
"a otto" is a "figure 8" and "cieco", of course is "blind" in all context.
My advice is to try and check it out with your client.
I always do if I have doubt. They are generally pleased to do so and it means you show them you really are doing your best.
