Es geht um eine Eigentumsgemeinschaft..... und um die Verhaltensregeln für das "friedliche" Zusammenleben

Ognuno dovrà tenere un comportamento *confacente al decoro ed al prestigio del complesso*

Wie kann man Menschen vorschreiben, ein Gebäude nach Außen hin zu vertreten???
Gut, bin heute nicht gerade in Form.... aber wie kann ich das freundlicher ausdrücken? Will ja nicht, dass die Leute eingeschnappt sind, oder....

Jeder Miteigentümer hat sich so zu verhalten, dass das Erscheinungsbild sowie die Außenwirkung (oder: das äußere Erscheinungsbild) des Gebäudes nicht beeinträchtigt wird.

Eine wirklich "freundliche" Hausordnung habe ich noch nie gesehen -)

agree  langnet: "... dem Anstand angemessen und so zu verhalten, daß das äußere Erscheinungsbild des Gebäudes nicht beeinträchtigt wird." Eine Variation, für "complesso" würde ich auf jeden Fall auch "Gebäude" schreiben.
