Il Fornitore dovrà produrre periodicamente report di avanzamento del progetto, indicando esplicitamente tutte le eccezioni e deviazioni dai piani di progetto. Ai fini del monitoraggio è inoltre richiesto semestralmente l’invio, su CD-ROM, alla xxx dei dati relativi alle informazioni anagrafiche di tutte le sedi connesse.

Tali dati costituiscono l’anagrafe delle sedi, con informazione del nome e codice utilizzato per il riconoscimento, la data dell’ordinativo di fornitura, quella di attivazione effettiva del servizio, i dati relativi agli impianti (locazione, numero e tipo di linee ecc.), ed alle tecnologie impiegate.

Wie könnte man hier "anagrafe" am besten übersetzen? "Zugangsdaten" wäre ja nur ein kleiner Teil der Angaben.

Explanation:
wäre für den TK-Bereich wohl passend, auch unter google zu finden. Meldeverzeichnis kam mir noch in den Sinn, passt aber in diesem Zusammenhang nicht so gut.
