Im Troike/Strambaci finde ich u. a. für "esposizione" = Verschuldung. Könnte das in diesem Zusammenhang passen?
Ein wenig mehr Kontext wäre sicher hilfreich und so ist mein Vorschlag vielleicht nicht richtig. Ein Versuch... :-))
