Italian term or phrase: vincoli non compatti

Aus einer Liste von genutzten Rechensystemen:
algoritmi di ottimizzazione per la costruzione di portafogli in presenza di ***vincoli non compatti*** e imperfezioni di mercato

Der gesuchte Begriff lautet im Englischen "non compact constraints". Der Kunde meint, man könne den englischen Begriff auch in die deutsche Sprache übernehmen. Es handelt sich um eine Art nicht-kompakte Operatoren, wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe. Mit meinen Mathematikkenntnissen ist es leider nicht weit her.

Hoffe nicht zu penetrant zu sein - ma penso che si debba tenire conto più spesso del vero contenuto da quello che abbiamo a tradurre.

Danke für die Rückmeldung - aber wie so oft in den Wirtschafts- und Marketing-Texten fehlt mir hier wirklich der Inhalt. Klingt ganz nett - aber keiner weiß, was es heißen soll. Oder hast Du's wirklich verstanden um was es hier eigentlich geht?

Hallo Belitrix, herzlichen Dank fürs Mitdenken. Ich habe zwischendurch auch weiterrecherchiert und glaube, die Lösung gefunden zu haben. Ich bin auf "kompakte Randbedingungen" gestoßen. In diesem Fall wären es folglich "nicht-kompakte Randbedingungen".

Correzioni: non "letteraria" ma "letterale", non: "dovuto da fare" - ma "avuto da fare" - ma così alla svelta - può succedere.
Jetzt denke ich an - "nicht wirklich bindende Vorschriften" - ma sempre nel buio!

Ma rimango nel buio ed ho i miei dubbi. Anche per quanto riguarda la matematica. Algoritmi di ottimizzazione - non sono piutttosto "Optimisierungsmöglichkeiten" = Verfahren zur rechnerischen Optimisierung (frei nach Fremdwörterduden).?

Per quanto riguarda i "vincoli non compatti" mi era venuta l'idea che nel caso dei "nicht kompakten Bindungen"[traduzione più o meno letteraria] si possa trattare della possibilità di un' azione non completamente all'aperto.

Mi scuso per rispondere così tardi. Ho dovuto da fare ed a ripensarci sopra.
"Schattenische" è davvero un termine che non si usa cosi tanto. Non è menzionato nel "Wahrig" ma lo trovo nel "google.de". Significa: un posto dove non entra il sole.
