Note e caratteristiche della Lacima:
Olio extra vergine ottenuto per ***affioramento*** naturale dopo la sola spremitura delle olive con macine in pietra, dosando con antica tecnica sette particolari varieta' di olive.
L'estrazione per ***affioramento*** permette la conservazione integra di tutte le preziose qualita' e tutto il contenuto vitaminico.

Ovviamente ho capito di cosa stiamo parlando, ma non saprei il termine tecnico in tedesco...
